DESAIN KURIKULUM UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN
Abstract
Designing a Quranic learning curriculum is a systematic effort to organize objectives, materials, methods, and evaluation so that the learning process runs effectively and is able to instill Quranic values in students. A good curriculum not only emphasizes technical aspects such as reading and memorization, but also includes understanding, appreciation, and application of Quranic teachings in everyday life. However, a problem that often arises is the lack of innovation in curriculum development that is appropriate to the needs of the times and the characteristics of students. This study aims to design an integrative, contextual Quranic learning curriculum that is oriented towards the development of Islamic character. The results show that the implementation of competency-based and value-based curriculum designs can increase motivation, understanding of the meaning of verses, and the practice of Quranic values in student behavior. In conclusion, effective Quranic learning requires a curriculum design that is adaptive to developments in science and technology. It is recommended that educators and educational institutions continue to develop innovative Quranic curricula to be able to shape a generation of intelligent and noble Quranic learners.
