Peningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Fathu Makkah Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning
Abstract
This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of Fathu Makkah through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade 5 at UPTD SDN 12 Mandalasena, Silangkitang District, South Labuhanbatu Regency, for the academic year 2024/2025. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that the application of the PBL model can enhance students' learning outcomes on the topic of Fathu Makkah. In the first cycle, the average student score before the application of PBL was 70, and in the second cycle, after the implementation of PBL, the average score increased to 85. This improvement indicates that PBL is effective in increasing students' understanding and engagement in learning.
