Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Al-Qur’an dalam Pendidikan Lingkungan untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Ekologis Peserta Didik Kelas
Abstract
The increasing environmental degradation due to irresponsible human behavior has become a global issue. Islam teaches that humans have a responsibility as stewards of the earth to maintain ecological balance. Unfortunately, students’ understanding of Islamic values related to environmental conservation remains limited. Formal education has not optimally integrated Quranic teachings on the environment into the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to examine the importance of integrating Quranic values into environmental education to enhance students' ecological awareness. This research employs a literature review method that explores environmental conservation concepts from an Islamic perspective and effective learning models for internalizing these values. The findings indicate that integrating Quranic values into environmental education can provide a deeper understanding of human responsibility towards nature and encourage more sustainable behavior.
