Abstract


This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of Noble Role Models of Asmaul Husna: Al-Malik, Al-Aziz, Al-Quddus, As-Salam, and Al-Mu’min through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method in Grade IV at UPTD SD Negeri 08 Suka Dame. The study employs a classroom action research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, with each cycle comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results indicate that implementing the PBL method effectively enhances students' learning outcomes. In Cycle I, the average student score was 72, with a classical completeness rate of 68%. In Cycle II, the average score increased to 86, with a classical completeness rate of 92%. This improvement was attributed to the active engagement of students in problem-based learning processes, which fostered critical thinking skills, collaboration, and understanding of the values of Asmaul Husna in daily life.Thus, the Problem-Based Learning method has proven effective in improving students' learning outcomes on the topic of Noble Role Models of Asmaul Husna. This method is recommended for use in Islamic Religious Education lessons to enhance students' cognitive abilities and character development.
