Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Materi Asmaul Husna Melalui Metode Discovery Learning pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 101201 Sipirok
Abstract
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of Asmaul Husna through the implementation of the Discovery Learning method in grade IV at SDN 101201 Sipirok. The Discovery Learning method was chosen because it encourages students to actively participate in the learning process, independently discover concepts, and enhance their understanding of the subject matter. This research employs a quantitative approach using classroom action research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. Each cycle involves planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and interviews. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, with a significant improvement in the average scores. Moreover, the implementation of the Discovery Learning method contributed to increased motivation and active participation among students. Thus, the Discovery Learning method has proven to be effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes on the Asmaul Husna subject in grade IV at SDN 101201 Sipirok.
