Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa dengan Model Problem-Based Learning pada Pembelajaran Nama dan Sifat Allah

Abstract


Improving human resources quality is the primary goal of every nation in facing the challenges of modern advancement, with education being one of the crucial factors in achieving this goal. Quality education involves various components that interact within the teaching and learning process. One important topic in Islamic Religious Education is the introduction and understanding of the Names and Attributes of Allah, which aims to familiarize students with the meanings and characteristics of Allah and their application in daily life. However, teaching about the Names of Allah often faces challenges, especially in understanding abstract concepts. Many students memorize these names without comprehending their deeper meanings. To enhance students' understanding and involvement, the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) can be an effective solution. PBL allows students to engage in discussions, research, and problem-solving related to the Names of Allah material. This research aims to examine the implementation of PBL in improving students' learning outcomes in this subject, particularly in class VII-7 at SMPN 2 Kotapinang.
