Peningkatan Pemahaman Materi Zakat Fitrah Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan Menggunakan Media Audio-Visual

Abstract


This study aims to improve the understanding of Zakat Fitrah material in the subject of Islamic Religious Education by using audio-visual media for fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 24 Ujung Gading. The research method used is classroom action research, involving planning and testing. The results show an increase in the percentage of students' understanding test completion in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of completion was recorded at 36.36%. After the actions were taken in Cycle I, the percentage increased to 54.54%. In Cycle II, a significant improvement was observed, with the completion percentage reaching 87.9%. These findings indicate that the use of a continuous cycle-based learning approach can be effective in improving students' understanding, as reflected in the improved results of the understanding test in each cycle implemented
