Abstract

This study aims to describe the character education management at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Padangsidimpuan. The research approach uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that character education management involves careful planning through a curriculum based on Islamic values, implementation integrated into daily learning activities, and periodic evaluation through observation of children’s behavior. Supporting factors include the involvement of teachers, parents, and the school environment, while the main challenge lies in the consistency of program implementation. In conclusion, the character education management at this kindergarten is effective in shaping moral values and children’s personalities from an early age.
