Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada Materi Bersuci di Kelas VII B SMP IT Ummi Ayuni Serdang Bedagai dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract


This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the purification material in class VII A SMPIT Ummi ayuni Serdang Bedagai through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The background of this research is the low cognitive ability of students in understanding the concept of purification, monotonous learning, and lack of learning motivation among students. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the application of PBL was effective in improving students' understanding of the concept of purification and their learning motivation.
